Important Disclosures

NOTE - This Disclaimer is for information only and not a commitment to lend. Loans are subject to applicant’s qualifications, financial and residency status.

General Disclaimer: CashAmericaToday is a brand of Silver Financial Capital. The purpose is to meet your short-term borrowing needs, not long-term financial needs. Please note that this is an expensive form of borrowing. The loans and lines of credit may be used for whatever reason you need, like unexpected emergencies, car repairs, medical bills, or travel expenses. In addition, alternative forms of financing like credit card cash advances, personal loans, and home equity lines of credit might be more affordable and better suited to your needs..

Same-day* Funding Disclaimer: If a loan application is submitted, approved and verified before 4 PM EST on a working day then the chances of a borrower getting funds on the same day are relatively high. However, Same-day funding cannot be guaranteed on all the loan applications. Same-day funding is not applicable under the following scenarios, that include:

Application is submitted on non-working days- Weekends, Bank Holidays and other specific non-business days
Application is submitted before the specified cut-off time on a working day but the approval and verification (Document submission and signing) is not completed on the same day
Same-day funding gets delayed with individual bank processing time. Although, application is submitted, approved, verified, funds are released, the actual availability of funds in a particular account is largely governed by the receiving bank
If the application is submitted and approved post the cut-off time, then the credit is usually funded the next business day. Any loan requested on Friday after 4:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day, usually Monday- unless it is a holiday.

No Hard Credit Check Disclaimer: Understand that hard credit checks are different from soft credit checks (No hard credit checks). Installment Loans by CashAmericaToday are devoid of hard inquiry. CashAmericaToday does not perform any credit checks through the three major credit bureaus Experian, Equifax or TransUnion. It collects the required information regarding debtors' creditworthiness from a third-party source.

Loan Approval Time Disclaimer: Loan approval time depends on the authenticity and verifiability of your documents. You might be requested to provide further information, if required.

Loan Terms and APR Disclaimer: Note that we do not approve all the loan requests. Loan amount, APR and terms usually vary by your creditworthiness.
